McCrometer Announces New Middle East Office in Dubai

McCrometer announces the opening of its new Middle East Office in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and the appointment of Nanda Kumar to the position of Regional Sales Manager. Nanda Kumar will continue McCrometer’s 50-year commitment of providing world-class products and services by overseeing flow meter solution sales for Oil & Gas and Chemical Process customers in the Middle East and Africa. He will report to Tom Swihart, Director of Industrial Sales Worldwide.

Kumar brings more than 20 years of deep experience in helping flow metering and instrumentation customers select the best solutions to his new role. He has domain expertise in developing flow metering applications in Oil and Gas, LNG, Refining, Petrochemicals, Chemicals, Fertilizer Pharmaceuticals, Power and Desalination, Pulp and Paper, Metals & Mining, and Commercial Energy/HVAC industries. Kumar’s direct customer experience, combined with a background in developing applications for flow metering Control Valves and other measurement and control instrumentation, position him well to serve McCrometer’s Middle East and Africa customers.

Kumar began his career with Instrumentation Ltd., India’s leading Instrumentation vendor during the mid 1980s as an Application Engineer and remained there until 1992. For the last 13 years he has provided exemplary technical support for his customers in the broad flow measurement and control instrumentation industries. He has completed several successful and prestigious projects for Middle East manufacturers of field instruments and valves, including Emerson, Dresser, Tyco, and P&F, among others.
