Warranties and Returns

Unless otherwise stated in product documentation, McCrometer warrants that equipment and services will be free from defects in material and workmanship for 12 months from the date of installation, but not more than 18 months from the date of shipment. Repairs are warranted for 12 months, or for the remainder of the original warranty period if performed under warranty, whichever is shorter. All warranty claims must be reported in writing immediately upon discovery and within the applicable warranty period. McCrometer’s sole obligation is, at its option, to repair or replace defective equipment or parts at the original delivery point.

McCrometer is not responsible for removal, reinstallation, or access costs. Any unauthorized repair, replacement, or adjustment voids McCrometer’s obligations under this warranty.

Equipment shall not be considered defective due to normal wear and tear; corrosive or erosive action of fluids or gases (unless expressly specified); improper storage, installation, operation, or maintenance; failure to follow industry standards or McCrometer recommendations; or inaccurate or incomplete application information provided by the Buyer or its agents.
