Added command to prevent modification of the totalizer via external commands (FLOW.TOTDIS).

Read command output:

  • 0 – Totalizer modification commands operate normally (default)
  • 1 – Totalizer modification commands are silently ignored

Write command input:

  • Requires specific values to enable or disable this feature

Extended the UART buffer length to support longer strings received from the SmartTrax Mini when issuing the SD.LOG command

Updated initialization of the external UART device (SmartTrax) to attempt communication up to three times before failing
