An advanced, leading edge mag meter – the Ultra Mag 3000 flow meter sets a new standard for performance, ease-of-use, and value.
It is designed for the needs of industrial water and wastewater industries – specifically for conductive liquids, slurries, and sludge. Debris / solids will not clog the line.
These mag meters use a non-intrusive measurement element and are excellent in harsh environments requiring minimal maintenance.
The Ultra Mag 3000 flow meter is ideal in water well production, pump stations, industrial / municipal water & wastewater, and more.

NEW! High Accuracy Option
We are pleased to release our new high accuracy option for the Ultra Mag 3000, offering +/- 0.2% accuracy. This now enables our customers to have the great features and benefits of the Ultra Mag and ProComm Go transmitter within higher accuracy applications.
Having a higher accuracy flow measurement enables customers to meet more stringent requirements with applications requiring higher performance such as water loss, distribution, and network management within municipal. The high accuracy option for Ultra Mag 3000 will also benefit our industrial customers, requiring higher accuracy for monitoring and measurement of process industrial water.
Our standard +/-0.5% accuracy will continue to be available.
Performance Advantages
The Ultra Mag 3000 requires only 1D upstream and 0D downstream of most flow disturbers, and still maintains up to 0.5% accuracy across a large flow range. In addition, the meter has:

| Accuracy | AC or DC power: ±1% of measured value ±0.006 ft/s (± 0.0018 m/s) IMPORTANT NOTICE ON FLOW METER ACCURACY: The flow meter, the cable and the electronics are factory calibrated for accuracy as a single unit. Changing the cable length with the Splice Kit changes the accuracy of the meter and invalidates the calibration certificate. Multiple point wet flow calibration of every complete flow tube with its signal converter. If desired, the tests can be witnessed by the customer. The McCrometer test facilities are traceable to the National Institute of Standards & Technology. Uncertainty relative to flow is ±0.15%. |
