Repair Services
Meter Repair Program (MRP)
Whether your meter needs maintenance, repairs, or upgrades, McCrometer’s Meter Repair Program (MRP) covers refurbishes of all propeller meter and magnetic meter models.
For a flat-rate fee, our team will update your unit with a complete meter rebuild, which includes three-point flow testing, recalibration, accuracy testing, and optional mechanical register conversion to telemetry service. Our budget-friendly program extends the life of your meter investment, repairing and replacing components as needed. Plus, every repaired unit comes with a 1-year warranty!
Hach FLO-DAR Repair Service
Hach’s Flow Solutions by McCrometer offers a comprehensive FLO-DAR® Service Repair Program designed to keep your flow monitoring equipment operating at peak performance.
For a flat-rate fee, our technicians will diagnose and restore your FLO-DAR® sensor to its optimal condition. Our repair program eliminates unexpected costs, so you know exactly what to expect. Plus, every repaired unit comes with a 90-day warranty, providing confidence in your investment.
Field Services
Meter Startup Service
A critical path to success with flow metering is proper installation. Whether installed in a hard-reaching application or on various locations, we offer specialized meter startup services to support McCrometer flow measurement instruments.
Startup services include equipment configuration, field troubleshooting, electrical connection, grounding, flow direction, flow surveys, transmitter review, flow performance verification, and support with installation as needed. On-site training is available during startup upon request. This service is only available with the purchase of a new meter. A maximum quantity of FIVE (5) meters that can be installed in a single day.
On-Site Support Service
For customers who want a McCrometer Technical Representative to visit their site, this service offers world-class, interpersonal support at your project site or facility.
Program includes services such as site application reviews, meter commissioning, meter repair, meter diagnostics, field troubleshooting, and white-glove personnel trainings. Service does not include parts needed for repairs and will be sold separately at list price. Price is on a per-day rate. Hourly rates are available for local visits.

Factory Services
Accuracy and Calibration Testing: To ensure optimal performance, your meter will undergo an accuracy and calibration test to verify compliance with specification requirements. If the meter does not meet these standards, our Meter Repair Program (MRP) will be offered to restore the equipment to its proper operating condition and ensure it meets all accuracy requirements.
Additional Labor: Additional labor, fees charged by the quarter hour for time required to remove and handle third party equipment
Meter Support - Service Recalibration
Factory calibrations are often requested on an annual basis for compliance with local regulations, and provide comfort that the metering package is in good working condition. The factory recommends recalibration of all meters on a regular basis to ensure the highest level of accuracy and reliability. Price includes a professional cleaning service and a five point calibration with certificate. Recalibration is available for these flow meters:
